So what can I say about myself .. I’m Martijn, living in the Netherlands. I’m involved with UNIX and unix-a-likes for quite a while now – mainly Linux, FreeBSD and Solaris.
I started blogging (2005) because my ISP offered it as an experimental blog service. Used that for about 1.5 yr but switched to Blogger.com (2007) because of some back-end options. To be even more in control I’ve moved to a WordPress instance (2010). That offered a small challenge in keeping al of the old functionality and deep-links intact but we’ve done well on that.
